• Family gathering in Lexington

  Our large family spent Thanksgiving at this Lexington house and found it pleasant and comfortable with lots of room to spread out and for the kids to run around and play outside. The kitchen was well-equipped for Thanksgiving cooking and there was extra bedding and towels. Although it's a rural area, there's some amenities in Lexington about 10 minutes away.

• Perfect House

  This house was a perfect house for our bunco ladies group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 12 ladies. There was even a den that was perfect to set up as our game room. The kitchen is large and there was plenty of room in the dining room for all of us to sit together and enjoy our meals. No worries if you bring a lot of food, there is an additional refrigerator in the basement. There were several coffee makers, in case someone wants decaf or brings coffee pods. The house had extras you don’t normally see in a rental house, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and kleenex. We were really surprised. There were also corn hole games outside, which we made good use of. We have dubbed the house “Little (big) house on the prairie” it’s actually at the top of a big hill, with 360 degree views all around the house. We totally enjoyed our time at the Lexington house. It is the perfect house for family or friend reunions.

  The property and the home was beautiful. Secluded and great for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends. The only thing about the property and house that could have used a little attention, is the lawn could have been mowed and the bird droppings on the back porch could have been cleaned up. There was a lot of it.

• Wedding Weekend

  Property was perfect for our family to be together over a wedding weekend. It was a bit of an effort to run into town for groceries, but just takes a little planning ahead.
