  House and grounds were the cleanest I have ever experienced. My husband has some medical issues so this is so important to us- delighted! Steak knives would be good - we used and appreciated the grill. We found One recliner was broken when we arrived, but other than that everything was great.

  We had an incredible stay. Would love to return. Check in was easy. Home was extremely clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay (minus no steak knives). Beds very comfortable (but that sunrise is so bright, it'll wake you up!) Beautiful views. Relaxing, yet breathtaking. We loved paddling the lake and exploring. Very nice addition. Yard is perfect, part is fenced in, so it made it easy for our dog. Although other houses close, it is very quiet. Perfect to recharge. The view is absolutely lovely. The local swallows gave us a show every day! Added bonus, 10 minutes away from the Unclaimed Baggage Center, lol! Although I have a million wonderful things to say, my only comments on things I wish I had known before hand would be.... there's really not 4 rooms. Two are connected with no door. It's all one big room with an alcove for the twin. This wasn't a problem for us, but could be if you required separate rooms with doors. The downstairs room is not "traditional". There's a door which opens to the garage which was a bit "creepy" per my kids. There's literally a toilet IN the shower too. No windows, which husband liked for sleeping vs the upstairs which was so incredibly bright there was no way to sleep past dawn. Communication started off great but once we were there it was hard to get in touch with local management. Very slow to respond. Overall a wonderful place and we would highly recommend!!

  We had a great time during a short weekend getaway. The home was very clean and we had plenty of room for our family of 6! The home was stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the kayaks!The only suggestion I would like to say is maybe adding stairs to the docks so if you want to swim you have a way to get back out of the water. We would love to stay again!

• Wonderful Family Getaway

  We were in the area for our 18 year old son to participate in a kayak fishing tournament. We have a 4 year old and 11 year old daughters as well. The house worked very well for all ages. This was probably one of the cleanest houses I’ve rented and I’m very particular. It was very well stocked so cooking meals and grilling was very easy.The fenced it area was nice (to keep kids from just running straight to the lake without us) and it’s very private on the patio / fenced in area side with a thick row of trees seperating the house from the next property. Everyone swam in the lake and fished from the dock. There is a boat ramp literally right around the corner and my husband and son put their fishing kayaks (they are heavy) in at the ramp and peddled to the house dock with ease. You couldn’t back a trailer down to the ramp and their fishing kayaks are too heavy to carry that far. The zip line mentioned in the listing did not look secure as even our 4 year old would drag the ground so we didn’t try that a lot. It also rained a decent amount while we were there but the puzzles, etc inside kept everyone entertained. There was a Publix amd Walmart nearby for groceries. There are other houses right around this house and about 3 RV’s but it was super quiet (we were probably the loud house with 2 daughters)! We did see some dogs running around so be mindful if you have pets to have them leashed.Our family all agreed it was a good little getaway!
