  Enjoyed the house very much. I did let the owner know of a couple of issues, not major. Air conditioning worked without issue even though the weather was very hot. With 2 small children, really nice to have the pools available. Would definitely stay again.

  The house is situated conveniently inside The Rookery. The grounds are nice and the neighbors are very friendly. The house is adorable with nice appliances, clean, nice sized bathrooms, and televisions in each room. The bunk room is fantastic for the kids and the host provides some basic beach must-haves like a wagon, chairs, sand toys which was really great. A couple of suggestions-it would be nice for there to be a list of things to do/restaurants in Fort Morgan since it is a little distance to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores and when they mention basics are provided, be prepared for very basic. There are plenty of dishes, but not a lot of pots, pans, or silverware if you have a family and plan on cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

• Great for a girls trip!

  Used this for my bachelorette party trip. Beautiful home with a nice patio and pool to use. Beds were a little soft for my liking but overall comfortable. Fort Morgan is a little more into the peninsula so it’s about 20-30 min to Gulf Shores but not a bad drive. There is a magnet on the fridge that was hidden on the side with a QR code - it has amenities that can be rented (beach umbrellas etc) but it was hidden on the side all the way in the back. Which we would have saw this before our last night because we paid $90 for two umbrellas on the beach.

  From the owner: "Wanted to make you aware in case you stay again that I provide beach chairs, beach toys, a beach cart, and a beach umbrella for use during your stay. All are stored in the closet in the bunk room."

  Was very clean and had lots of room. Loved the screened in porch. Kids loved the bunk room. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Beach was close and not crowded. Will definitely stay again.

  We came for a long weekend. The house was perfect for our 2 families. The kids enjoyed the pool and the drive to the public beach was quick and easy. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. The AC did freeze up midway through our stay and we had to let it thaw out for a few hours and then turn it back down. The master bathroom shower head leaks a lot, I think tape around the shower head would fix that easily. It just sprays on the floor and makes the floor slippery. Aside from those minor issue, it was a great house and I would def rent it out again. We love Ft Morgan!
