  So wonderful. We loved everything about the house but will caution folks that plan to cook....bring a non stick pan.

  We were not as satisfied as I had hoped. There were a number of things that need to be improved if we were to stay again. Primarily, the kitchen supplies/utensils, the rusted out grill and the towels with holes in them did not make us feel like welcomed guests.

• A lot of stress

  I paid a lot of money for this house to spend 1 weekend and I couldn't even spend 24 hours in it. It was my first vacation in Alabama with family from Louisiana and South Carolina and because I was preparing a family reunion for my birthday, some gentlemen arrived and entered the house without prior notice. They even scared us and told us to vacate the house in half an hour because There were many people and no matter how much we explained that they were just visitors, they didn't give us a chance and we had nowhere to go in that state where we didn't have a family, it was inhumane because you had very young children and everyone was scared, it even took us to the police and it was stressful, They were watching us all the time because they live almost in front of the house and pay too much attention to the tenants. I will never return to Alabama!! Keep my money, people like you don't do well in the end!

  - Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the distressing experience you had during your stay.
  - Unfortunately, we had to take action because our property has strict occupancy limits of 12 guests for safety and comfort, and your group significantly exceeded those limits. The reservation was made for 2 guests, but we found over 20 people on the property without prior notice or approval, attempting to host a large party.
  - We understand how this situation was stressful, especially with young children present. Our goal is always to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, and we regret that it came to an eviction. The house is equipped to handle a specific number of occupants, and exceeding this can lead to issues with property maintenance and safety.
  - Additionally, when our team arrived, they observed a significant amount of trash and some damage to the property. This is a rare occurrence, and we take it seriously to maintain the quality and integrity of the home for all future guests.
  We encourage open communication and would have been more than willing to discuss any special requests for additional guests had we been informed in advance. Our intention is never to cause inconvenience but to ensure the property remains in good condition and safe for all visitors.
  We appreciate your understanding and regret that this situation marred your visit.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  First im going to start off by saying the house is absolutely gorgeous!! Its in a quiet tucked away area. Everything was clean and neat! I will definitely get this house again
