  This condo is awesome! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything you want to do. Host was great, condo was clean and we will be coming back again.

• I would not stay here again

  The HVAC stopped working half way through our trip. No response from the owner. Also, waste management picked up the dumpster before 6 am twice during our stay. It was extremely loud and even though we were on the fourth floor, it sounded like it was directly outside our door. The only positive thing I can say about our stay was it was easy access to the beach. Plenty of other places to stay besides this location.

  - I have high standards of hospitality and understand how important communication is with my guests. This is why I provide guests with my email and phone number immediately upon booking and also share detailed check-in instructions when each guests visit.
  - It was confirmed that both were sent to you before your arrival, which included detailed check-in instructions and other important information about how to contact me in the event of any questions or concerns.
  - I also checked with the management company and Vrbo and they did not receive communication regarding any issues during your stay.
  - I wish you had reached out as I would have been more than happy to resolve any concerns.
  - The AC was inspected after your departure and is fully functional with no issues. The AC is only a couple of years old, is serviced twice a year and the furnace filter is changed every month.
  - The guest experience is taken very seriously and I strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each guest.
  - Unfortunately, I have no control over waste management’s route and schedule and I apologize if they came early during two days of your stay.
  - While I regret the home was not up to your expectations, I’m happy to share that the many guests, following your visit, reported no issues.
  - I truly go above and beyond for my guests and I’m confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

  This condo was clean and updated. Steps from the sand and within walking distance to everything including the Hangout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and there were beach supplies in the bunk room closet for our use. The host was very friendly and parking and check-in/check-out were a breeze. We would love to stay here again!

• Great option for a VRBO stay in Gulf Shore EXCEPT.....

  there was a lot of mildew in the master bedroom closet. Mildew on top and below shelf running 3/4 of the length of the closet. Because of the mildew, we left Sunday morning instead of Monday morning. There is no way the cleaning crew should have missed the mildew if they opened the closet door to put things away. Hubby has severe allergies so he slept on the bunkbed. He said the lower bunkbed mattress' coils were poking through to his back. Top mattress was much more comfortable.

  Master bath sink was draining very slow - noticed it as soon as I washed my hands He pulled out a huge clump of hair. Drained fine afterwards. Again cleaning crew should have noticed it even if they only ran water in the sink for 5 seconds.

  The condo is cute...modern beachy decor. Nicer balcony furniture them some I have stayed at and of course the awesome view. Close to food and activities. Was quiet...didn't hear street noise or even noise from other guests.

  Easy check-in/out. No issues with parking or the elevator to the 4th floor.

  Has a lot of potential. Little things though, take away from its potential. Paint on the doorknobs and other places it shouldn't be - just poor workmanship or laziness to not take a paint thinner or even just a wet rag and rub it off.

  If the mildew was not present, I would recommend staying there.

  - We wish you had reached out to the guest contact during your visit if there were any issues you needed to address. We would’ve done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy your stay. 
  - No mildew was detected in the closet; nevertheless, we applied a bleach and water mixture to the entire area as a preventive measure.
  - The mattress was inspected after your stay, and no springs or coils were found poking through. Rest assured, the mattress is comfortable. However, we understand that mattress preferences can vary from person to person.
  - The drains undergo quarterly snaking maintenance, and an extra session was conducted after your departure. No blockages were detected during this process. 
  - The painter recently completed painting the doors and trim. In response to your feedback, they were promptly called back to address any excess paint on the door knobs during a touch-up session.

• Amazing!

  Amazing condo. Perfect location right on the beach. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable. Appreciated beach chairs and beach toys and well stocked kitchen. Will rent this condo again.
