  The beds are really hard. We had to purchase an air mattress, we are being charged cleaning and room service fees but there’s no cleaning or room service and not to mention the rules says to clean up (wash dishes, take out trash etc). I feel like this place is robbing you of your money and it would only be fair to reimburse me for the cleaning and room service ($78) because it’s false advertising. Very unfair to play this much money to sleep on a hard bed and have to clean up after ourselves when we’re paying the cleaning fee PER DAY. No one was available to help and the toilet doesn’t work it needs a new pump and chain. The only thing we were able to enjoy was being able to cook meals and save money. Granted the place has updated well I’m from Gadsden so this look was very surprising.

  - We don’t advertise daily cleaning or room service, and the one-time cleaning fee covers professional services before and after each stay, not during.
  - We ask guests to take care of basic checkout steps like trash and dishes so we can maintain the space between full cleanings.
  - We're sorry the mattress didn’t meet your preferences—comfort can be tough to get just right, but we’re always looking at guest feedback when making future updates.
  - We weren’t made aware of a toilet issue during your stay, but have since taken a closer look and will make any needed repairs right away.

  The view from this room was AMAZING! The beds are super comfortable, room was clean, and check in was a breeze! Would recommend to anyone staying in the Gadsden area!

• Plumbing Issues

  The unit had plumbing issues from both the toilet and shower from when I checked in to when I checked out, I do not recommend.

  Hi Ahjai, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to make sure that our guests have an exceptional experience with us and uphold high standards of hospitality.
  - We value the condition of the home and recognize the importance of ensuring all fixtures and appliances are in working order. Once we were notified of the plumbing issues, we dispatched maintenance to the property that same night to resolve the issue and visited the next morning to repair the part in the toilet. After that repair, we did not receive any further contact from you.
  - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to discover the home left in disarray causing an extra cleaning team.
  We truly work hard to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
