5/5 Place was nice, peaceful. Easy to access. Would definitely book another stay at this house.
Nice get away
3/5 Beautiful place nice and quite. The place was clean with enough room for about six. There was just the two of us so we just slept in the master bedroom. The mattress needs to be upgraded. There really only enough hot water for one shower. We could not get the cool ac function to work just the heater.

- I want all of our guests to rest easy. I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay. I do know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while I try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. I’m sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
- In the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out, especially if you’re having trouble changing the thermostat settings. If you aren’t accustomed to smart thermostats, sometimes it can be a challenge to figure out. For future guests, I may provide a QR code to scan with a link to directions on how to adjust the thermostat.
- As far as the water heater, it has a 40-gallon capacity, which should be plenty of water for two guests. Of course, if the first person takes a 30-minute shower at two gallons per minute, that leaves the 2nd person with only about 10 minutes of hot water. This is our first complaint about the hot water and we apologize for the inconvenience.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests.

Beautiful place!
5/5 Overall very nice place to stay. Very satisfied with the up keep of the home. The only issue we had was when we arrived the air conditioner was on 89 degrees and it never cooled the home till over into the next day. Deinitely made for a long miserable night. Other than that would love to come back in the fall.
