  • Definitely falling apart some, but overall decent

    The unit is the best that you'll find in Double Springs. It's definitely a bit older and hasn't been cared for the best (missing hardware, cracks in walls, plumbing issues, etc), but the bones are solid. It's a home that has everything you could need with great appliances and furniture that's decent.

    Overall, it's a good place, especially considering it's on the lake. I just wish that some maintenance would be done to fix the walls, hardware, plumbing, etc.

    Also, the hot and cold on the showers are swapped... You don't get hot water unless you're between the cold and "off" spots.
