4/5 Property is OK; a little bit dated and has some indications of neglect. Example, chairs on back porch were weather worned: one had no arm rest; another had canvass that ripped the second someone sat in it. Definitely has a feel like the property is corporately managed. As advertised is about two miles from campus. Unit is a bit hard to locate within the property; hundreds of units that look alike. Would only stay here again if had no other options.

More economical stay in Auburn
5/5 We booked this apartment for graduation. It was much more affordable than staying in a hotel. It's nothing fancy, but we weren't planning on spending much time in their anyway. Location was good and place was very clean.

4/5 Property was clean, except for large stain in bedroom carpet.Bed had a light comforter but lacked extra sheets.I reached out to property manager to confirm stay but did not received a response. Although check-in wasn’t an issue.
