The house is located in the middle of all the rivers . Great location
Everything was great except the water. We left Saturday to check in to a hotel because the water had the most fawl smell.

Hi Chelsea, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to make sure that our guests have an exceptional experience with us and uphold high standards of hospitality. We are sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star stay we endeavor to provide our guests. It is important to us that the home is ready for guest use and everything is well maintained. We have since addressed the issue and replaced the hot water tank and boiler system to an on-demand system. This ensures that the water softener system has the needed amount of salt to help with the odor. We have also cleaned out all drains just in case any odors may have resulted from that. Alaska water can be hard with odor, especially since it's not on a city system. While we may not be able to eliminate every trace of the odor, we truly have done all we could to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. We go above and beyond and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.
