Review:
My recent stay at an Airbnb home was an absolute delight, thanks to the incredible host and their amazing property. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, leaving us with unforgettable memories and a desire to return in the future.
The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The cozy living rooms was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the bedrooms were comfortable . We also loved the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals when we wanted a break from dining out.
We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with a host who goes above and beyond to ensure their guests have an amazing time!
We had to leave early due to no heat. Tried reaching out but no reply until we left early. We should get money back for leaving early and no heat with no response from contact person

Hello, thank you for providing your feedback. The owner wanted to share the following: We are deeply sorry for the incnvenience of having no heat during your stay. The heating oil was taken during a previous stay and there was a medical issue with the Guest Contact so they were not able to respond immediately. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve for our guests!

The property's location was really ideal for a visit to Juneau. It's a short drive to downtown Juneau (approximately 10 minutes) and has really amazing views of the Gastineau channel/surrounding mountains. We are a family of 5 with kids ranging from 7 to 15 years old and the home had plenty of space for us to spread out. And being a family that hikes we had a bunch of gear due to Juneau's propensity for rainy conditions so the extra space came in handy. The property owners were very kind and accommodating. We had a great visit.
