We checked in and received a phone call from owner of property explaining the washing machine had broken that day, and that he would have washing machine and dish washer replaced the following day. Both appliances were replaced with new the following day.
Attempted to use grills and gas fire pit and discovered that one grill was out of propane, one was a little over half full and the fire pit ran out of propane after the first evening. Called contact person and all tanks were filled that day. Was advised that they had forgotten to check status of bottle after last renters.
We enjoyed out stay and found the residence to be just what was advertised. It is a nice facility with great views. We had ten people in our group with 5 adults and 5 kids. We had made arrangements for the foldout couch and a blowup bed. Was unable to locate any linens for these two beds. Contacted owner and was advised the extra linens were in a locked closet. Was able to gain access to locked closet and locate linens and all worked out.
Things started out a little disorganized with the washing machine not working, no linens for two beds and minimum propane, but all issues got worked out and we really enjoyed our stay. We would diffidently return for another stay in the future, as it is a very nice home with great views and the owner tried very hard to correct the minor issues.
Had a wonderful stay with my entire family here. Amazing house with a breathtaking view.

We spent four nights in Homer and loved the house. The views, hot tub, yard for my little one to run around in - it was all wonderful! The house was spotless when we arrived, and Gail and Christina were very responsive when we had a small issue.

This was one of the best trips I think I've ever had. This property was perfect in every way. There were a total of 6 of us and everyone complimented on how comfortable the house was, as well as the beds. The views are beautiful from every level. Hot tub and outdoor patios were an awesome addition.
The house had everything we needed. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bathrooms were stocked well, too
Prior to arrival, I reached out to the owner Gail and she was super sweet and very accommodating. She always responded quickly and was eager to help.
The only issue we had was with the property manager Cristina. She was not helpful when we reached out to her the first night we were there. At departure I also reached out to her to let her know we had washed ALL sheets and towels and left them folded on the counter for housekeeping, removed all the trash, as well as started the dishwasher.
We also wanted to let them know we purchased 2 fans and left them for future guest ($80 for both)
We never any kind of a response from her.
We had a wonderful time in Homer and the home was perfect for our family of six. Everything was clean and well kept. Our family especially enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and grill.
