It was nice and clean. Window treatments didn’t close completely in guest room and had holes in the living room. Kind of weird.

The stay was clean and communication was good. Nice to spread out after being in a hotel for three weeks. Would have been beneficial to know there were steps leading into the location as we were unable to work in there as bringing equipment would have been difficult. Additionally the noise from upstairs tenant can be heard quite well with chairs sliding back and forth frequently. Overall very clean - friendly and good location.
Had a good time. Nice downtown area and things to see + Chena river walking areas. Visited Chena hot springs, Pioneer park and lots of other fun stuff. Did some hiking. Lots of good breweries and distilleries too. And went to a Fairbanks Goldpanners baseball game.
