Not an accurate description at all.
2/5 Walked in and smelled like gas. Windows and sliding door did NOT have screens on them, so could not open them for ventilation. So hot upstairs, no blackout curtains in bedrooms. And, was NOT close to downtown as described. Its in a section of town undesirable.

Hidden Gem
4/5 This newly remodeled two bedroom condo was a perfect fit for us. The host was incredibly hospitable and understanding when we unexpectedly had to add two guest. All amenities were included, even some that we wouldn’t have thought off like a Keriug with pods. The only set back was location, a little farther away from UAF campus than we expected and the neighborhood was a little worn down. That said, the owner keeps a watchful eye from across the street and the roads are easy to navigate.
