Nice neighborhood
5/5 This was a very clean house with lots of amenities. It could have used a little more stocking of cleaning items. There's a great playground at the school just two blocks away and the Fred Meyers is only half a mile and a nice walk through the neighborhood.

Winter stay
3/5 Property sidewalks leading from the street parking to the corner of the house were iced over and not shoved and were a safety hazard. Property not suitable for seniors because of banister on the stairs to the bedrooms. There were two days without hot water. Other than that it served our purpose.

Everything you need and a good location
4/5 The only problem we had was the first day. The unit was way too hot, but Mike came over, assessed the situation, changed the batteries in the thermostat, and all was well. The appliances were new, the kitchen well stocked, the furniture and beds were comfotable, and the elctronics provided a chance to work remotely as well as a good TV entertainment selection. All in all, we felt very much at home.
