Lovely Apartment Downtown
5/5 I stayed here with two friends while we attended a conference at the Dena’ina Convention Center. The apartment is clean and modern, the owner is very communicative and helpful.
The location is convenient. We walked to restaurants and the convention center. Downtown Anchorage is what it is, but I felt safe there and it was quiet.
I would stay there again!

Perfect for us!
5/5 This space was beautiful and perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Numerous eating choices, shops and local history nearby. Space was perfect for the 4 of us. It has plenty of amenities. Everything is in perfect condition. Management was wonderful to work with.

Location Location Location!
5/5 Stop looking. You’ve found what you’re looking for.
This clean, modern two bedroom was perfect for my partner and I. There is a large bathroom with dual sinks providing ample space to get ready.
The downtown location was central to the tour bus pick-ups, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t need a car but there is off street parking which is an added bonus especially with a downtown location.
Mary (the owner) and her husband (Buzz) are on site and very responsive. Mary is easily one of the kindest, sweetest VRBO owners I’ve had the privilege of meeting.
This is a great launch pad for all Alaska has to offer. I will be coming back.
Great for families of 4 & military friendly.

Amazing find downtown
5/5 This was an amazing spot right downtown! Right in the middle of everything! And the apartment itself is very impressive and comfortable and is perfectly quiet considering the location. I can't wait to stay here again!

BOOK HERE! Super Clean and Stylish + Insanely walkable
5/5 We came to town for a dance convention at the Denaina Convention Center. It's a 90-second walk from door to door. This made the really busy convention so much more comfortable. The kids could zip back to eat, rest, and just get away from the crowds when needed. It was in a very safe area and the entrance was secure.The space was beautifully appointed. The bedrooms were comfy and the living and dining rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were brand new. The host furnished lots of bathroom amenities so we didn't need to buy anything. They had a no-fee on-site laundry. Free onsite parking made this a much cheaper option than neighboring hotels, even those with convention discounts. There were dozens of shops and restaurants to choose from. We are foodies and ate really well in the area and never walked more than 3 minutes...no joke! The 5th Ave mall is a 4-minute walk. There is a concert hall across from the convention center that has Broadway tours lined up along with other concerts and such.The check-in and out was really quick and easy. Communication was perfect. Loved the host who offered lots of info and was just lovely.
