We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and view and was very clean. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars are because there was water staining/moldy smell in the bedroom; the bathroom smelled musty and the sink only allowed a small amount of water out; the outdoor heater didn’t work; and the fireplace in the bedroom is for looks and doesn’t work. We did have a great week though regardless of these circumstances.
Beautiful view, perfect location! Tony was great to work with!

This apartment has a great view of the Cook Inlet, is across a quiet street from the coastal trail, and is within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. It has space to relax, both inside and outside on a deck. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this rental as our home base for our ~week visiting AK for Rondy and Iditarod activities. Fabulous view, warm and cozy in the winter, and so easy to walk up to downtown for dining and festivities without worrying about parking. And free laundry was amazing after a day at Alyeska! I grew up in Anchorage and am looking forward to staying here again in the summertime.
