From the owner: “Terribly sorry to hear you didn't seem to have hot water the last night of your stay.
- My contact info is posted on the inside of the entry door to the unit and in the Welcome Book that is on the dining room table, which outlines how to reach me via phone or text.
- I live two streets away and have about a 15-minute response time. I would have responded immediately if I had been notified of a problem. Hot water is a necessity.
- Tankless or on-demand water heaters provide limitless hot water, so it never runs out. We installed these fantastic units for that reason and as a space saver.
