4/5 Lovely house, large, clean and the pool was perfect for days we didn’t want to go to the beach. We did have 3 maintenance issues but our guest contact was quick to respond and resolved the issues. The one downside was immediate beach access was not easy, but the location of the house to the public beaches in Playa del Carmen was close enough and overall the house was nicely situated half way between Cancun and Tulum for the excursion we chose. Would stay again.

5/5 i can’t say enough great things about this stay. from start to finish it was the best vacation rental i ever booked and stayed at. went above and beyond with early check in and REALLY late check out. even provide us with filtered water for the water dispenser. home was clean and pool was perfect. super safe gated community! i already can’t wait to go back and book another stay here with my family! THANK YOU HECTOR!
Relax relax
5/5 House was as described and the neighborhood is great. Very secure. Hector was our property manager and absolutely fantastic. He met us there, showed us everything about the house, gave us restaurant and attraction advice. He was great all week. He even called us to see if we wanted to ride with him to the grocery store. What an amazing guys. House was very nice. A little odor from one of the bathroom sinks but that went away after a couple of days. Everything you need to relax and enjoy Mexico. To get around use the radiotaxipdc app. Just flagging a taxi down will cost you 3-4 as much.

5/5 Highly recommend. Only issue is pool is 5' deep all around. Not good for smaller kids
