2 star rating at best - trip from HELL
1/5 The house was clean and big.
We ended up having to spend another $2,000 on two rooms to accommodate our group. We had a security breach during our first night there. The garage door was open the first night while sleeping and our car was burglarized. We did not feel safe so we ended up leaving the property for a local resort and had to rent 2 rooms. We only lost a pair of sunglasses but it was the thought that someone would go through our belongings and thank goodness the garage entry door was locked.
There are some issues with property, sliding doors do not open, large voids around doors so bugs get in easily and the neighborhood is third world like. The street is ok but the surrounding area is bad. We would not walk anywhere.
The owner did issue us a refund for the remaining nights but evolve would not do anything about our additional cost for the trip and the lost money for the week of groceries that we bought the first day.
This is a one star rated house to me.
I would not recommend it to anyone staying for a vacation.

- Guest safety is a priority for us, and we encourage travelers to contact us immediately should they ever feel unsafe at a property.
- The homeowners let us know that they reviewed their security camera footage and did not see any activity on the night in question.
- They also confirmed that the garage door opener has been repaired, so they are confident this will not be a concern moving forward.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience you felt and hope you appreciated our efforts to make things right. We are confident that future guests will enjoy their time here!
