  Wonderful Location! This Resort offers open space and easy access to town (via car, taxi or shuttle).Multiple pool/dining options to use within Quivira. The deck was our favorite spot in the condo. Kitchen utensils/dishes etc are maintained by previous guest (see check out instructions) so good luck🤞. Bring your own dish soap & sponge! Linens were nice. We will return!

  Great place to spend a week or longer. Very relaxing to watch the sun rise over the horizon and watching whales from the balcony. Several pools to spend the day relaxing at or head down to the main pool and have lunch and a drink delivered to you by the friendly wait staff. The owner is the extremely accommodating and assisted us with transportation and fishing. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. Can’t wait to come back.

  Once we had paid in full we got no communication. Property contact was a ghost.Never replied to any emails or phone messages.We are still waiting to see if we can arrange early check in….haha!No information was given about check in procedures or instructions. No maps or directions or information about parking, access to amenities etc.Resort concierge kept telling us to contact host. Host never responded to anything.No information was given about location of unit within a large and sprawling complex.Condo smelled of smoke, likely from people smoking on patio with open doors…all furniture and draperies smelled.Leather couch was torn and worn.Outdoor furnishings smelled of body odor.This unit is located in a huge development that obviously targets future Time-share owners. We were bombarded at every meal with uninvited resort staff confronting us at our table trying to get us to attend a presentation. Our much anticipated vacation ended up being a huge waste of time and money.First and last trip to Cabo!

  -We are sorry for any difficulty you had reached the guest contact. Before your arrival, Evolve sent you a pre-stay email, which includes all the information needed for your stay. There are two guest contacts listed for assistance and the second guest contact did not receive any messages. We are always happy to help to resolve any issues during your stay
  -Evolve is a management company, and our teams are always happy to answer any questions or concerns. However, we encourage guests to reach out to their local guest contact with any on-the-ground questions since they know the property and they're able to resolve any issues with the property quickly
  -We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in, so we were surprised by your comment regarding the cigarette smell since we are a non-smoking home
  -We checked the property for these issues, however, we found no concerns to resolve and we've had no reports of any smoke smell before your arrival and afterward from other guests
  -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the furniture didn't meet your preference. We're sorry the leather couch was uncomfortable for you during your stay. Based on your input we will look at other furniture options to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
  We are accustomed to providing a 5-star experience for all of our guests and making your time at our home the best it can be. We're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

  Need more supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and detergent for dishwasher.Sofa is not in very good shape
