- From there, take the first right and follow the road. Make a left
- The house will be the second house on your left the 2 story green and white home

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 pm
- Before your trip, please reach out to Mary to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions. She or a representative will greet you at the property to exchange the keys and give you a tour, etc
- For an additional fee, the Guest Contact provides services to finish your shopping before arriving and/or prepare pre-made meals for you throughout your stay. Please reach out to the Guest Contact for more information
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Before leaving, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate key-return details
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Take out the trash
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Please be accurate in your guest count, there is a $20 fee for every person above the guest count in your booking
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- There will be 220 Watt British Standard outlets on the top floor, and 110 Watt North American Standard outlets on the ground floor. The outlet on the ground floor is constructed for North American electronics, whereas the top floor outlet is constructed for British electronics
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
