5/5 Relaxing winter retreat
5/5 Our family rented this property for a long weekend trip and had a great experience. We enjoyed the beauty of the local area, including some great local restaurants and coffee shops. We were snowed in for one day of our trip and enjoyed the coziness of the property and the full kitchen came in clutch to avoid needing to travel during the storm.
Perfect house for our wedding weekend
5/5 We got married at the Old Daley on Crooked Lake and booked both of Kelly's Sand Lake houses for our bridal party and closest friends to stay at during the wedding weekend. Kelly was helpful and responsive; a truly great host. This house was a perfect addition to our booking; while we did most of our socializing by the fire pit or in the large kitchen of St. James Place, the basement living area in this house was the perfect spot for our night owls to hang out once the rest of us had gone to sleep. We may have struggled with sleeping arrangements if we had more than 2 couples, but the 2 couples and 3 single friends stayed at this house and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The 3 former college roommates got to relive their college experience in the basement bedroom and the couples each had a private room! I also think the basement bedroom would be absolutely perfect for children. Overall, we had a wonderful time and definitely recommend staying at this gorgeous lake house.
