Nice view
4/5 This was my second stay at the cottage. For me it is a convenient location as my son lives nearby and I travel from NY to visit. The positives are that you have total privacy! You don’t have to worry about hearing other people or someone complaining your tv is too loud. The deck is great with a wonderful view! It also has a garage, with washer and dryer, that leads into the house which is easy access. The downside is that the furnishings including the bed are rather worn and not very comfortable. For a quick stay it’s probably fine. They ask you to take out the trash and strip the bed which is ridiculous and also now no longer allowed on ABNB.
I did have to call maintenance because the curtains in the LR were broken and hard to open and close. They put tape on it which only made it worse and said they ordered a new one- I hope so. They should also check the kitchen and restock essential as a few things were empty like oil and vinegar toilet paper and trash bags. Pretty spot through.

5/5 I was in the area for work and enjoyed staying at this property (this is my 2nd time). The house is located in a beautiful area and is extremely quiet and peaceful.
