5/5 Great location and set up. Deep water at the dock. It is a little rough, but if you know how to tie off a boat, you will be fine. The property owner is on site which bothered my wife but he wound up being very friendly and unobtrusive.

What a wonderful place!
5/5 First, the pictures do not do this home justice. It is so beautiful and in a beautiful setting. The home is spacious with all the amenities a family needs for a wonderful getaway. Such a cozy feel. Enjoy the big windows overlooking the lake. The shower and bath in the master bathroom was our favorite! Everything was clean and we had anything we could have possibly needed for an enjoyable weekend. The front door is a little tricky to get into so that might need to be worked on but aside from that everything is just so perfect. Thank you for a wonderful home for the weekend. We really enjoyed it.

Better than Expected
5/5 Place and view were beautiful. The pictures dont do it any justice. It was cold but was still able to fish. Hard to throw from the dock because the poles are close together and a 7ft ceiling but doable. Killed half a day in Guntersville just walking through all the shops. Was a good time. The mattresses were hard as a rock would be my only complaint but everything else was fantastic. Owners are right next door but they just said hello and was about it. Would stay again
