3/5 Loved the view, hot tub, dining table and kitchen space. Driveway is kind of tricky until you get used to it. There are actually three bedrooms--Primary suite and two bedrooms that share a bath.

4/5 It was 4 of us girls and we enjoyed this home very much ! The house is very nice! There’s a small flight of stairs to get to the main floor when you walk in, also a door that is locked that connects to the other side of the property which seems like it’s lived in. The view from the master bedroom was very beautiful and I liked that there’s a door that connects to the outdoor living space where the jacuzzi is. The main living space is very large and so comfortable. The kitchen could’ve used some spices and new sponges and it’s a little dated however they did have coffee there for us which is nice touch. The rooms were all nice the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. Plenty big enough for us to all get ready and the main bathroom lots of counter space. I will say there are lots of big windows with no curtains or blinds in the main bathroom.thank goodness the house sits at the top of the hill and nobody’s around, just the road. I would bring an iron or a steamer if you need one. Overall this place is lovely and very peaceful minus the woodpecker’s on Saturday morning. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful getaway near Santa Cruz
5/5 Beautiful house located right between a national and serene beach. Saw dear in the backyard behind us one day and then on the next day went to beach and saw groups of dolphins swimming near the beach. Great place to relax and still be within driving range to santa cruz.

4/5 The house was great and well stocked and maintained. Beautiful scenery all around with very open windows throughout. Hot water could be a bit sparse at times, and the spa required a quick fix by the owner to get it working. There were a few spiderwebs and some ants inside, but this wasn’t a big deal… I expect some ‘nature’ in the mountains, and it wasn’t a problem. There was a downstairs rented unit, and another property that we could hear but not see close by. Not completely isolated, but again, couldn’t see anyone and had ample privacy. We enjoyed it very much!
