The house was perfect for our weekend trip to Notre Dame. Decorations were welcoming and bedding and towels were all clean and prepared for us. Communication with owner was easy and responses were quick! We would definitely go back again!

I Am Glad That You Enjoyed Your Stay & Look forward to you booking in the Future!
When we first arrived we can tell this place was very nice! Our party of 5 fit very well. The pool table was VERY popular. The kids loved it as well as us adults! Great to have the washer/dryer too, that helped a lot. Not far from St Joseph Silver Beach, short drive to Norte Dame. Beds were fine, had a nice backyard. Train station is VERY close so if you want to hop on a train it's in walking distance. Niles downtown is nice, we did catch a movie at the nearby theatre and it was super cheap. Overall great vacation! Would stay again.

A group of three of us were in the area for a work event, so really just sleeping at that house. Though the night we arrived we had more time relaxing at the house. It is an older house, but in great order. Kitchen had everything you could need. Fridge with freezer was spacious, we didn't cook anything there, but looking around cabinets for glasses I did see a lot of cookware and stuff that would allow you to prepare a full meal. There is a pool table, which is a neat feature, though we did not play a game. TVs in rooms for relaxing alone before bed is great. Living room was spacious for us (though only three of us). The beds themselves were comfy, and plenty of space in the room. I slept in the upstairs room and it has its own window AC unit which was great as mid-90s outside the whole time we were there. No street noise that I heard (though I do sleep hard). The neighborhood is okay. Easy enough to get too. Felt safe enough. Again, we were not there much so didn't see a lot of folks. I would stay at this house again if/when back in the area.

The house was clean and as portrayed. It was perfect for our weekend at Notre Dame. The stairs to the upper bedroom were steep and the room was hot. Could have used a fan the first night. Later in the weekend was cool so it was no problem. We purchased hand soap for the bathroom and left it for the next guest. Overall, great spot. Will stay there again sometime.

From the owner: "I'm glad you enjoyed your stay & look forward to you booking in the future! There is a portable A/C unit in the 1st closet upstairs that was probably looked at as a heater. The day you arrived, the temperature dropped, and we were expecting an early arrival! We appreciate all feedback, and thank you for purchasing the hand soap. I have stocked up on that to make sure it's always handy!!"
Just what we needed for Notre Dame game weekend. It was older than I expected and only had one bathroom but the beds were so comfy and we only were there at night to sleep so it worked for us! We will stay there again.
