premium prices for non-premium accomodations
3/5 First thing we discovered was that we had no water. However, they resolved that rather quickly. The place was serviceable ,but two of the units were completely remodeled an I think they priced everything according to those rooms. Our room obviously just quickly painted (poorly) so they could get revenue to continue remodeling. I have no problem with that, just charge according to the current condition and not the future

We use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season. You can’t stay anywhere on Table Rock Lake for this price with our amenities, and we apologize if you didn't feel it was a good value.
- Regarding the water issue, we understand the inconvenience you experienced and are glad it was resolved quickly. It was determined the hot water breaker flipped, which is why there was no hot water initially. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused.
