2/5 The toilet seat was broken. The door in the first bedroom would stuck if you closed it and the heating system could have been a little better. But we made the best of it.Thank you

Hi Freddie, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We apologize that the toilet seat was loose and moved around during your stay, however, it has been fixed now. This home does have heat and also a fireplace.
- The heater was recently tested and works properly. We have never had a heat complaint before. Also, the doors open and close fine.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests.
- We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!Short relaxing vacation
5/5 Stayed in area to check out a few properties and see the amenities of the locale. Overall great location. Close to everything we needed and property manager, Ashley, very attentive. Helped us with computer issue
