Just a Great Property in Iowa!
5/5 We stayed at this lovely home in a very nice small Iowa town for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in we were impressed, the home is clean, well-equipped, beautifully finished, and just a great place to spend some time with family. We were visiting local colleges and Waverly is centrally located for several schools. The host/owner was a great communicator and had thought of almost everything to make our stay comfortable. We have stayed at VRBOs all over the world and this is honestly one of our favorites of all-time. It was winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the garage space or outdoor features, but all are nicely equipped! Movie nights on the giant screen downstairs are a must! A+ to this rental!

Gorgeous and spacious home
5/5 We celebrated our family Christmas with our 3 kids and their spouses and our 3 grandbabies. The home had absolutely everything you could ever need and more. we had plenty of room and comfortable bedrooms for all. We came from out of state to spend a few days with family in our former hometown. We loved it so much we will definitely book again!!
Waverly iowa home was just perfect!
