Substandard property
2/5 The carpet was filthy and needs to be replaced. The house has a mice and ant problem. All of the living room and dining room furniture was out dated and needs to be replaced. The property manager was attentive and they immediately replaced a broke box spring for one of the beds and bought in mouse trips. The front porch was nice but can use better furniture.

- We acknowledge that the carpet has seen better days and agree that it needs replacement, a step we'll be taking in the upcoming weeks. The existing stains were the result of previous guests, but it had been cleaned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your visit.
- Dealing with ants can be challenging, especially in a beachside location. We are actively working with a pest control company to address this issue. As for the mouse concern, it's not something we've heard before, but we'll work with the pest control company to investigate and address this matter as well.
- We apologize if the furniture did not suit your preferences. It is not outdated, and we ensure the listing reflects that accurately. While it may not be outdated, we recognize that improvements can be made, and we have plans to enhance it in the coming months.
- We apologize for the oversight with the broken box spring. Our cleaning crew didn't catch it while making the beds, but we acted promptly to replace it as soon as you brought it to our attention.
