  Had a wonderful stay for the weekend. It was a short trip, arrived very late but someone answered phone and helped get us into the condo. View from balcony was great and the beach was within walking distance. Very clean and beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets.

  What an ideal setup! Great space for 2 couples and a family with all the odd & ends to make you feel at home. Some places we've stayed have been sparsely equipped but this has everything you can imagine in the kitchen and throughout the rest of the place. Even had Band-aids (which I would never expect anyone to have). Excellent place with ocean breezes galore! Could use an update to the patio furniture. Things on the gulf front take a beating with the salty air. Thanks for everything, including the welcome text messaging from Becca! Will definitely recomend this one to others. Thanks, Jon

  It was a nice and well stocked. It was clean. There are a set of stairs to climb to get to. The balcony was disappointing because the ocean view was past a parking lot, across the street, and was an angle side view. The patio furniture was not in very good condition. The chairs were wobbly and felt unsafe. The complex was gated and had monitored security.

  I could easily have given this property a five star review if it weren’t for a few small drawbacks. The property itself was nice and the location worked out very well for my stay. The issue that I had is more one of maintenance and cleanliness. It wasn’t that the place was filthy, but it was also not thoroughly cleaned. There were signs of previous guests, such as hair and things on the tile floors. There were many indications that cleaning had been done, but was not thorough. The drawbacks to this property have everything to do with the company managing the rental and not the rental itself. A little more attention to detail, and this would have been five stars. I saw in other reviews, some people had complained about an odor. I think I noticed what they were talking about but it was not problematic for me. Just a bit of a musty smell from having been closed up it seemed. It was only my son and myself, so these minor things were easily overlooked. Had it been my entire family that may not have been the case. I still think this is a nice unit for the price point, but the owners should probably demand a little more from the management company.
