Nice stay for a long weekend
5/5 This place was a great place for us on a long swim meet weekend. The location is close to the pool, has plenty of restaurants very close and a Buccees across the street. The condo itself is very nice with amazing views of the track. There wasn’t much track activity other than some emergency vehicles doing some practice laps, but it was entertaining to look all around the speedway. The owner was very hospitable, easy to communicate with, and even had some fancy cupcakes in the refrigerator for us. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Amazing views with a very comfortable condo!
5/5 The condo was very clean and well maintained with comfortable sleeping! The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special and that we had anything we needed!
The view of the speedway at sunrise with a cup of coffee was incredible! We will definitely be saving for future stays.
Cotton Bowl Stay 2023
5/5 Everything was perfect as staff went above and beyond. If you’re looking to stay at a NASCAR track this is the place to do it with an owner that will make it unforgettable. Condo was nice and taken care of. If going to the Dallas/Fort Worth area again this will be the place we will stay.

Incredible place and better HOST!
5/5 Our family stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday. During the course of the week, we had a number of family stop by the condo and every single one had their breath taken away by the view. It is absolutely incredible! Upon our initial entry, I was so taken with it, I didn't notice the amazing welcome gift our host had left for us on the counter for an hour. Everything in the condo worked great and we had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend this host to anyone and the condo to any race fans. Absolutely worth it!!
Awesome Stay!
5/5 Chuck is one the most responsive owners I have ever encountered. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms and he had a plumber on-site within hours of letting him know about it. The condo was clean with a welcoming gift waiting for us. Hopefully we will get to stay there again.
