This one bedroom home plus a separate one bedroom guest house was perfect for the two of us plus our golden retriever. My brother and wife visited briefly and had their own separate space. We enjoyed the historic district and all of its charm. 10 minute walk to downtown with many shopping, coffee, bakery, and restaurant options. Home is beautifully decorated with many personal touches. Kitchen was well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would return again.

It’s an adorable house and location is fabulous!! The only downside was 2nd bedroomWas in an outside carriage house, that was not clear to me and my cousin stayed out there seperately

This property had so much! It was a great value, feeling like we got to rentals in one. The place is updated, the location is terrific, there is a separate one bedroom unit out back where our two adult children slept. One in the bedroom and one in a pull out love seat.This is one of the BEST VRBO's we have stayed. Location close to the Marina, do the downtown restaurants and the personal touches were meaningful!Stop looking for other options, book it now, but please leave some time for our return. FIVE STAR REVIEW.
