Poor experience
1/5 Online photos very misleading as to the size of the apartment (I should have known better!) even photo of pool not accurate. Found dirty socks in one of the beds. Balcony so crowded with junk we could hardly use it. But worse of all, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling the entire time and no one seemed concerned.

Owner's response: "Susie, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
- The photos in the listing are accurate and depict what you will find when you arrive at our home. The listing also notes that the home is 462 square feet and this is the same size as all the highly rated apartments at Casa Del Mar.
- As shown in the photos the balcony is not crowded with junk and is very usable, as we provide several items to be used by our guests. We have had many guests who have enjoyed our balcony to have a meal, drink, or just take in the beautiful views.
- We apologize for the sock you found in the bed, we have alerted our cleaning team so that they are aware and understand this is not acceptable. We will be sure this does not happen again.
- Regarding the drip, we did send out our maintenance team to investigate. A recent guest had turned the AC down to freezing temperatures causing the unit to freeze over and drip. We did provide you with contact information for both the maintenance and cleaning teams if you needed to talk to them. The problem has been resolved and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."Quaint

Family Getaway
4/5 This condominium was nicely decorated. The location and view of the beach was great. Very grateful for the thoughtfulness put into providing building blocks, beach toys and baby wash for the children.
Disappointed about not being able to use the wagon due to the broken wheels. As well as previous guest left behind a dirty air fryer. There was a list of available channels to watch on the television but instructions for operating the television were not provided. Never received a response to email sent to the contact to assist.

5/5 Was in town for a dance competition. Location to the beach was great. Outside showers so no worries about bringing sand inside!
