2/5 We loved the secluded area, the view from the deck was awesome, access to the home from the parking area was a bit difficult but that is how rural areas are, so, no complaints.
The home itself was as pictured and the up north vibe is the thing, view from the dock on ausable river was stunning

Not clean and no wood for fireplace!
1/5 It was hard to find the place, I called the person to tell us how to get to property.
She told me about the 5 mail boxes?!
I called her again after looking for the property for 10 minutes. We were having hard time getting the key from the box and she responded 4 hours later!
Also the steps were very icy.
I can keep going!!
