4/5 Host was welcoming and responsive. The house didn’t seem especially clean - the towels smelled stale and we had to vacuum upon arrival, door lock stuck on front door, door to garage would just open, creepy that door code was printed in the book (ie unchanging), lots of flies upstairs - not sure where they were getting in.

5/5 Very nice house with a attached garage, which was nice for our stay, because of the rainy weather. The only issue we had, was the address. This home is on West Hoover road and not Hoover road. Be careful when looking for the property on your map. Also, check in instructions did not mention that the name of the property is Breezy Oaks, which is on a sign at the entrance.
