5/5 We loved the old charm of this home,. The closeness to town was great. Trick or treat was going on and the town vendors went all out for it. We enjoyed the boutiques and the local family owned restaurants. The home was comfortable, especially liked the sunroom.

2nd Choice turned into Best Choice
4/5 Had wanted to stay in Dayton at our usual suites. They were sold out due to March Madness.Had wonderful experience with Vrbo in the past (Pigeon Forge TN).House was more than large enough to meet our needs. Good staging area to meet far flung relatives. Never feeling cramped like gatherings in motel rooms/suites often do.We live near train tracks back home, so we did not notice the trains after the first night.Minor issues at check in (heat and light from the sun disabled entry door lock momentarily. Had to shade unit and allow it to cool off).Upstairs bathroom sink was slow and got slower. Small plunger was handy (on going problem?)Overall, a very pleasant place to stay while in the Troy/Dayton area.
