Great location and home, mediocre cleaning
4/5 The host was very quick to respond and assist with any questions/issues we had. The home itself was beautiful and spacious and in a great location. The only complaint was that on arrival the place was pretty dirty. The counters in the kitchen/bathrooms were grimy, there were crumbs all over the couch, and there was a good amount of trash around the patio and firepit. We might've just been unlucky with how well the cleaning service cleaned before our visit, but it kind of felt like someone had just been there and left a bit of a mess which wasn't a great feeling. Other than that, the home was great to stay and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

5/5 This was our first time to St. George. We didn’t know the areas and were lucky to find this home. It’s close enough to St. George without being too close. The home and neighborhood had everything we needed for a great vacation.

This place was filthy!
1/5 This place was filthy. I don’t even know where to start. If there was cleaning done before we came in, it was very minimal. The toilets were gross, the toilets in the pool area were cleaner. Anything that we had to use in the kitchen we had to wash first. The door of the microwave was greasy with hand print marks which clearly shows they weren’t wiped down at all. The inside of the microwave was even worse. There were crumbs everywhere - the ground, the couch, even the top of the table runner. We had to sweep the floor when we entered. All the white towels but one had dark stains. The remote control had gunk around the buttons. It all felt like a joke! Lastly, the back patio feels like a junkyard with the rusted chairs, and old, faded, non working toys. These are items they won’t even accept at the thrift store. Why they don’t just trash them is a shock. We go to St. George all the time and have stayed at multiple vacation rentals and this is the worst we’ve ever stayed at. We will never go back and do not recommend anyone staying here.
