4/5 For the most part it was very nice. The deck wasn't done, so we could not use it, there was no Propane for the gas grill, so we had to get our own and leave it there for the next renters. It really needed cleaned up on the outside. Grass not mowed, weeds everywhere could not use the firepit. Inside of the house was beautiful. When they get it all cleaned up and fixed up on the outside, it will be beautiful. Loved the location.
