Great Location and Home
5/5 We were in town for a weeklong baseball tournament and this was the perfect house for the 3 of us plus our two dogs. We loved that it was only 10 minutes from Dreams Park, had lake access, two fire pits, and a nice Weber grill. House is small (listing accurately describes it), but very well stocked and clean. Would highly recommend.

Great stay
5/5 Thanks for a lovely and restful stay while we were visiting family in the area. The privacy and quiet was just what we needed and the location and especially the fire pit was perfect. The house has everything you need- really thoughtful amenities- and it was extremely clean, welcoming and well organized.

Fantastic little place!
5/5 We were in the area for our son’s weeklong tournament at Cooperstown Dreamland Park. This was the perfect place to stay! Very easy drive to the park. Easy drive to downtown. The micro home is outfitted perfectly. It had a lot of the basics to help make the stay easier - linens, kitchen essentials, paper products. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to visit the area!

Peaceful Area, Tons of privacy!
5/5 We were so pleased with this property!!!! We came up for a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. You are tucked away on a hill with no one around. I know the property listing mentions another rental, but it is down right on the lake, you are up on the hill by yourself. The property was clean and had everything we needed as far as cooking supplies. The smores basket was a pleasant surprise!!! The views of the mountains was everything I needed to decompress at the end of long ball days. Coffee in the morning at the picnic table is something I will hold dear in my heart for some time. Our family is already talking about planning a trip in the fall!!! Thank you for this beautiful property!!!
