Excellent Retreat!
5/5 If you’re looking for the perfect private cottage this is the one for you! Tucked in the woods and short distance if looking for something to stay at while visiting Cooperstown Dreams Park Baseball. Very clean, well stocked with supplies and outdoor grilling makes cooking easy. You won’t be disappointed.
Amazing Secluded Property
4/5 We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, place was super clean, laundry facility on site with detergent available. GREAT place. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Home
5/5 We were in town for a weeklong baseball tournament and this was the perfect house for the 3 of us plus our two dogs. We loved that it was only 10 minutes from Dreams Park, had lake access, two fire pits, and a nice Weber grill. House is small (listing accurately describes it), but very well stocked and clean. Would highly recommend.
