2/5 The cabin was dirty upon arrival-beds were unmade, towels were all used, dirty socks were inside the couch bed, dirt everywhere. When I let them know that I had to wash our towels & clean our own beds, they apologized. And that was it. Never heard from them again. After the exorbitant cleaning fees, we definitely won’t be doing that again. Otherwise, it was fine. We love Duck creek and spend most of our time outside anyway. I just think for the price of the cabin, it should have been clean & had some things stocked (like toilet paper, paper towels or hand towels, etc).

-We sincerely apologize for this oversight, there was a miscommunication with the cleaning schedule, which led to the cabin not being prepared for your arrival. The house cleaner offered to clean the cabin the next morning, but it seems this message may not have been relayed to you. We have since replaced our on-site guest coordinator.

5/5 My friend and and I enjoyed our time at this cabin. It is well kept and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need to enjoy your time. We would definitely stay here again.
