Nice spot for a multi-family getaway
4/5 Decent place, nice layout for two families and a set of grandparents. Kitchen is small but functional; had everything we needed.

Girl's birthday weekend
5/5 overall it was a very good experience, the house was large with comfortable beds. All in all, we had a great weekend. Checkin was easy, online assistance prior to was great.
Great villa and location!
4/5 We stayed here with our family over the weekend for a trail race we were running. The house and location are great! We didn’t get a welcome email/any check in information until we arrived at the house and realized we couldn’t get in, then called the rental management company who got us a code to get in fairly quickly. There also must be a some conflict between the private properties and the resort. When we asked for directions to the pool at the Caribou Hylands front lobby, they asked us where we were staying and then told us we couldn’t have a property map or lobby coffee (none of which we asked for or needed). We left and went to the pool and then the lobby contacted the owner to tell them we had been there. Seems like there’s some tension.

Exactly what we were looking for
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cozy but spacious living area accomodated multiple activities (watching TV, playing games/cards, and cooking) while connecting as a larger group. Also has options to chill upstairs or downstairs for more separation.

Winter family ski trip
5/5 Everybody in our family enjoyed their stay at the villa, it was very comfortable for all. Ski in and ski out access was fine, with some minor poling/skating. Enjoyed powder on our last day!
