• Beautiful mountain stay

  We had quite a mixture of Ages and family members to accommodate so the five bedrooms enabled us to have comfortable sleeping for all parties. The main room also had plenty of room together, a good size kitchen and plenty of plates and utensils. There were more spices than we expected. The infant bed and high chair did the job.

  Also very quiet, the adjoining unit didn't hear a peep from them.

• Needs cleaning and maintenance

  This villa had several issues with cleaning and maintenance , the grill was filthy and rusty , we would not even use it. The master bath sink had no water pressure. 2 sinks upstairs didn’t drain , mold in one of the showers, stains and burn marks in the carpet . Location was good but needed updating and cleaning , Fabruc on chairs peeling off ,

  - The grill will be replaced immediately, and a more rigorous cleaning schedule will be implemented to ensure it’s in excellent condition for future guests.
  - The low water pressure in the master bathroom will be addressed by our maintenance team, and they will also ensure all upstairs sinks are draining properly.
  - The mold in the shower is being treated seriously, and a deep cleaning is scheduled to remove it. We’ll also conduct regular inspections moving forward.
  - We’ll have the carpets professionally cleaned and will assess whether replacement is necessary to eliminate stains and burn marks.
  - The fabric on the chairs is being updated, and we’re committed to repairing or replacing any furniture that isn’t up to our standards.
  - We’re retraining our cleaning and maintenance staff and will be conducting more frequent inspections to prevent these issues in the future.

  This house is great! Everything was very clean and well stocked. We had 5 couples and it was very comfortable. The air conditioning went out when we were there and the host response was almost immediate. Highly recommend!

• Good time had by all

  Overall, it was a nice place to stay and well stocked - in fact we forgot a large fry pan with cover there. The bathroom on the main level hardly put any water out the spout and the shower spray was less than ideal. It was not too appealing in that shower to have what looked like black mold surrounding the shower floor.
