  We rented this cottage along with the larger house on the preserve for a group. It was amazing!! We waved across the water when coffee was ready in the AM and the places are just a quick walk from each others.

  The cottage was perfectly set up for two couples with the 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Ross and Valerie were amazing hosts and had everything on hand even coming through with amazing comfort extras that were needed when requested. There is the most gorgeous osprey living in the trees over the pond don’t miss a chance to sit out on the back deck with coffee and give her a look. And take the canoe out! So peaceful and gorgeous.

  We will definitely be back!!

  This was our family's second stay at Waterfront Cottage and it was just as relaxing and peaceful as our first experience. Our kids loved exploring the grounds and spending time on the water or fishing. Ross and Val are the best hosts.

  My husband and I wanted to find a place where we could forget the City and just rest! And that is exactly what we did - REST! The place was lovely and clean and our Host Ross was very accommodating so many thanks are being sent your way and looking forward to returning someday!

• Quite a View!

  Upon arriving at our cottage, we were immediately taken back by the breathtaking view of nature surrounding us. It only got better when meeting our hosts, Ross and Valerie. We instantly connected and appreciated their tour of the beautifully decorated cottage. Our mornings started with coffee outside with the ducks and a walk to a bridge overlooking a creek, which was on the property. We enjoyed an evening at Blue Ridge Winery, which was nearby. Of course the weekend fly by! We cannot wait to make a return trip.
