We had a great family Christmas vacation at Karin’s house. The house was stocked with all the essentials and welcoming surprises. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone loved it!
It was centrally located from all the activities we had planned. Skiing at Perfect North, Ark Encounter, and Creation Museum.
I have already shared the booking link with several family and friends. We can’t wait to return!

Charming home renovated with style and a decorator’s eye. Many comfortable places to gather inside and out. Hosts were readily available and a pleasure to meet. The house is perfectly prepared to spoil its guests! We enjoyed the whole week there with friends. Thank you Matt and Karin!

This property was just as wonderful this trip (our 2nd) as it was last year. We chose to come back to the same location this year because of the great peaceful riverside location as well as the wonderful house. Karin has made sure every detail is taken care of. It is so clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you will need. There was plenty of sleeping space for our group of 6 adults. After this 2nd stay it is starting to feel like home! We are already planning to try to come back next fall.
