Great experience,darling town
5/5 We had an awesome time during our stay. The house was perfect for our family of four, we felt right at home. The town is charming,so glad we ended up in the area. So much to see and do in the area- wether you're wanting to get into nature or explore nearby towns/city's. Endless day trip options! We loved it.

Birthday Reunion with Son
3/5 The 150 year old house is so quaint from the outside. However, the rooms are small, as is to be expected. The kitchen is ill equipped for actual use. The very small fridge seems to freeze everything. The freezer was half full of ice from the ice maker just thrown into the freezer. I spent part of all six days of my stay chipping away at that ice. When I used the oven, the smell of gas filled the house. The two bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. The stairs are very narrow. In fact, my son and I both fell down them the first night.

The listing photos accurately show the furnishings, including the refrigerator and oven. They are antiques, not modern appliances, but they work well and are safe. We are sorry to hear that you had some trouble with the stairs; unfortunately, the narrow staircase is typical of older homes. We hope you enjoyed your time in Georgetown.

5/5 We had a nice couple nights at the cottage. The location in town was great. Perfect change of scenery and easy getaway from Denver.
