This is a gorgeous cabin perfect for a couple however, it's the small things that really cause this place to not be rated as high as it should. I called Brooklyn the guest contact to see about getting in at 3:00, she said she would check with housekeeping and get back to me. She did not. I called again once I got to the main entrance. She said, not sure it's ready but go up and check. It was not. Okay, no biggie...we were early so we went shopping. Came back at 5:00 the cleaning person was still here. Asked him if he had put chemicals in the hot rub and told me yes. He did not. We owned a hot rub for years...water was changed but no chemicals. Light bulbs were burned out and not changed, like EVERYONE says...cobwebs all over the place. It would not take but a little extra time and care to clean the dust, cobwebs, light fixtures, and wipe the windows. The ice maker in the freezer did not work but there are ice trays. The spa tub worked as it should but the on/off button is broken. The hot tub should have instructions for use bc it took a day to figure out how to keep it up to temp and those buttons too need repaired. Ceiling fan above the coffee table needs fixed. We had a great trip and it makes me sad the management company does not take more detailed care of this beautiful little cabin...it really could be 5 star. Ps. More than 4 towels would also have been nice!
The cabin seemed really nice at first but the little things that make a stay better weren’t there. There was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags. We had to buy them. Four of us stayed five nights and we only had four towels and wash clothes. We had high winds while we were there, and the hot tub cover blew over the hill. I emailed the contact and had to email twice before I got a response. They put the cover on two days after. They didn’t bring extra towels I asked for. The main areas were clean and I felt it was clean enough. But there was dust and cobwebs on the walls and windows. The extra pillows were stained and had no pillow cases for them. There were no sheets for the pull out couch and only one extra blanket. The location was great. Overall, the stay was okay.
The cabin looked exactly like the pictures. It was super clean and quiet. I will defiantly be booking it again in the future.

Everything was great, cute cabin. Quiet but yet quick access to main Pigeon Forge strip. Our only complaint is there were not enough linens and we were only supplied with a used half tube of toilet paper.
