Absolute Perfection…Only Better!
5/5 This was an amazing vacation retreat. The cabin was incredible with its warm woodwork throughout and was beautifully decorated with antiques, lending to the ambiance of a true cabin in the woods. It only gets better when you step outside and take in the stunning view of the lake and secluded landscape from the big wrap-around covered porch. Although the inside is warm and inviting, most of our time was spent outside enjoying the quiet tranquility of the nature that surrounds it.
The cabin is well stocked with all the modern day amenities we needed. It was EXTREMELY clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom and the living room had a TV with cable access. The only thing missing was an indoor shower, however there is an awesome outdoor shower by the hot-tub, so just be sure to bring a robe!
The grounds of the retreat offer hiking, fishing, boating and kayaking. The fishing was incredible. If you have little ones you want to teach to fish, this would be an awesome place to do it. Wildlife was abundant, there was even a pair of bald eagles who regularly flew over the lake looking for fish.
The property managers (Cindy and Johnny) were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Wonderful
5/5 We had a wonderful stay! So peaceful and secluded. Enjoyed the paddle boat, the hot tub, the outdoor shower, and the cabin and surrounding area was beautiful. Would recommend for those looking to get away from it all!

5/5 This is our 3rd stay at this VRBO and it was just as incredible as the first time! So clean and well stocked....absolutely beautiful cabin and setting. Comfy bed, wonderful outdoor shower and close to Camdenton, bars, restaurants and antique shops. We will definitely be back!
