CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will reach out to provide the code prior to arrival
- After entering the code, you may have to push the door fairly hard to open it
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return the garage door opener to its original location if used
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Clean the grill with the provided wire brushes if used
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in a pile
- Place all used towels in the tub
- Set all 6 thermostats to 50 degrees
- Log out of any streaming accounts on the TV
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- If you unplugged the electric pest-repellent device during your stay, please plug it back in
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Close all blinds
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- No fireworks on the premises or surrounding land
- Please remove shoes when entering the house
- Please keep all skiing, hunting, sports, and outdoors equipment downstairs
- If not boarding horses, the barn is not accessible to guests
- In rainy or muddy conditions, please do not drive into the yard or meadow
- Please use the provided placemats or tablecloths located in the kitchen drawers
- The provided firewood may only be used for the indoor wood-burning stove. If using the outdoor fire pit, please provide your own firewood, or feel free to use any dead or fallen wood found around the property
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story house requires 4 steps to access 
- The property does not have air conditioning 
- Each room has an individual thermostat to control the heating. Upon arrival, please turn the thermostat to 'Off' to reset it, and then turn it back to your desired temperature. Please try to turn the thermostats down when away from the home 
- There will be a garage door opener located on the kitchen counter upon arrival 
- In order to keep animals out of the trash, we have a wildlife-proof trash bin. To open the lid, remove the carabiner and slide the latch (right where the hole the carabiner went through) to a horizontal position. This will allow you to raise the bar on the lid. Please do not leave this lid propped open, and be sure to put the carabiner back on place after closing 
- Firewood for the wood-burning stove is located in the basement

Relax on the home's deck, explore Allegany State Park, or try your luck at Seneca Allegany Casino!

Please print and leave out the following leave on the kitchen counter for the cleaning staff upon departure. Failure to print and leave the check out list on the kitchen counter for the cleaning staff upon departure will result in a $50 post stay fee. Please note that several items are extremely important to the maintenance of our home. If they are not followed, they will result in the following post-stay fees (amount, if specified, listed next to item):
- Load and start the dishwasher. No need to put away ($25.00)
- Take all garbage to the dumpster ($25.00)
- Turn all 6 thermostats down to 50 degrees ($50.00)
- Turn off all lights, video games and tv's ($25.00)
- Failure to clean up after pets
- Clean all grounds of any cans, bottles, paper, cigarette butts ($50.00)
- Evidence of pets that were not pre-approved will result in a post stay fee
- Muddy carpets are not considered normal wear and tear and will result in a post stay fee
- Failure to adhere to wood-burning stove use rule will result in a $50 post stay fee
