The dishwasher quit working mid stay. The door handle into the garage kept falling off. The middle toilet kept running due to a leaky flapper valve. It snowed and was really wet. There was just one floor mat at an exterior door. The mat at the garage door was a mess, everyone would have benefited from more mats at the exterior doors. Both showers drain slowly suggesting a hair ball or two. Remote for garage door dead as were several lights. IT would have been nice to have a couple bar stools at the video games,

  • Perfect home for group, plenty of room.

    5/5

This home was perfect for our stay in beautiful Estes Park! Very clean. Everything we needed for our stay. Wish we could have figured out the gas fireplace, think the gas line was broke?? Other than the fireplace, everything was great!

  • Best home in Estes

    5/5

We love this home and have stayed here a few times. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Our kids love the games in the basement. The sunroom is a great spot for morning coffee. I love the two living room areas. The bathrooms are nicely remodeled and that is hard to find in Estes Park. This home is a true gem.

  • Truly a jewel of the Rockies

We specifically booked this home because we saw the PacMan and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cabinets in the basement. My husband and I had a blast re-living some childhood gaming moments together! The house is beautifully appointed and the sunroom was our favorite spot to have our morning coffee and watch the clouds float through the mountains. There were some minor maintenance items that needed tending and the property management company was attentive and courteous.

The place really is darling, and it was perfect for our family of seven.. The dishwasher however had water in it and would not drain. When looking for something entirely unrelated to the dishwasher we discover a note buried in a drawer that stated the dishwasher wouldn't drain. I don't know when the note was written or how it got shoved in a drawer. I immediately called the number in my VRBO app that was connected to this property. There was no answer, however I left a message with my return phone number. Was there other alternatives to contacting someone? Yes. Did I use them? No. The call place should have been sufficient. Our socks and feet ended up quite dirty from the floors. I don't like to write negative reviews, like a said the place was darling. Yet for the price, I believe it could have/should have been so much better. On the positive.......so much wildlife! We loved all the animals that passed through the property. It was a quiet neighborhood. The children loved the playroom in the basement!
